Since transgender is a very umbrella term, this can include any and all self identifying transgender, pre-op transsexual, post-op transsexual, FtM, MtF, drag king, drag queen, transvestite, cross-dressing, gender bending and/or gender queer people. Group is meant for socialization, education, as a "safe zone" with likeminded people who can understand and relate to topic which can include anything from relationships, coming out at work, medical issues, legal issues, hormone therapy, surgeries, ect.
